Always great service from the team and Kyle! Had some repairs and upgrades done on the door, and also installed a new motor. The motor ran into some radio interference issues, but Kyle worked extremely hard to troubleshoot the problem and offer solutions. Really happy with my upgraded (nearly silent) door and the service!

I called at 8:10 and was told someone could be out after 12. The technician, Kyle, called at 9:15 and asked if he could be there early around 9:30. He had everything replaced and fixed within an hour. He had to repair a previous repair done by midstate and they had installed an incorrectly sized spring that broke prematurely. I was happy that he came out, inspected everything and gave a quote for repairs before working and was spot on on with the quote. That was another problem we had previously with the other company. I would highly recommend them!
